1. Create uniquely flavored vegetables

Pick up some fresh vegetables from a local farmer's market. Make the mix colorful with a variety of sweet peppers, onions, portobello mushrooms and carrots. Grab a vegetable dish with a basic drip pan.

Coat the vegetables in olive oil, and sprinkle some sea salt to add a nice flavor and crisp. Place the vegetables right in the center, and after they are ready, serve them up hot.

2. Cook salmon on cedar wood

Start by warming the oven for about 40 minutes. Get two slabs of cedar wood after adding a splash of orange, sea salt and black pepper to the fish.

Slide the slabs of wood into the oven, and wait about four to five minutes to finish. Let the fish settle at the mouth of the oven for about five minutes, and add another sprinkling of orange juice to extract more flavor.

3. Cook the best steak you’ll ever eat on an outdoor pizza oven

The steak is simple. Find a rack to hold the steaks directly over the flame. Drizzle a little oil on both sides of the steak, and flavor with salt and pepper. Add a couple of hickory nuts to add smoky flavor to the meat. Cook the meat to your preference.

4. Hot potato, hot potato

Potatoes are a great place to start your adventure with testing new recipes in your outdoor pizza oven. Build a hot fire in your stove using dry, seasoned wood. Let the fire burn until you have less flame and more hot coals, which takes about 45 minutes. Place the potatoes near the fire, but not on the fire, especially if you don’t have the potatoes wrapped in foil.

5. Bake fresh bread

Bread is a staple of life. Delicious bread that can’t be bought in the store can be made in your backyard. The wood-fire brick oven makes a delicious crunchy outside with a soft and moist center.

Whip up your favorite dough recipe and let it rise. After that place it in the hot oven, and wait for the results!
